How do I create an organization?
Go to the Organizations page, click '+ Add Organization', and follow the form to create a new workspace. You can invite members later via email.
Can I integrate with Zoom?
Yes. Navigate to Integrations > Zoom. From there, connect your Zoom account and manage the integration, including automatic recording and transcription.
Do I need Zoom for Nous Meeting to work?
No. Nous Meeting works independently, but Zoom integration unlocks additional features such as meeting creation, transcription, and AI-driven meeting insights.
Where can I find my meeting reports?
Go to Organizations > Select your organization. Reports include total meetings, participant breakdowns, organization-level summaries, action items, and speaker sentiment analytics.
How do I view transcripts and summaries?
Open any meeting from the Meetings page. You’ll find the speaker-based transcript, key highlights, summaries, and sentiment analysis inside the meeting details view.
How do I reset my password?
On the login page, click 'Forgot Password'. Enter your email, verify the OTP, and set a new password. You’ll be logged in automatically afterward.
How can I update my profile information?
Go to Profile > Profile Settings. You can update your name, email, country, date of birth, and password. All changes are saved automatically.
What happens if my session expires?
If your session expires, Nous Meeting will attempt to refresh it automatically. If the refresh fails, you will be redirected to the login page.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Nous Meeting uses encryption and secure storage to protect all your meeting data, including transcripts and reports. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.
What platforms does Nous Meeting support?
Nous Meeting currently supports Zoom for meeting integration.
